Unity in Community

Donna Hughes-Brown, the Irish grandmother was who arrested and detained by ICE for over 5 months last year, has extended an invitation to a Unity in Community Event in Bowling Green, Missouri on Saturday July 4th from 11 am – 3 pm.

In Donna’s words “This country is celebrating 250 years of its existence… an existence that has been built on welcoming immigrants to it’s shores, providing an opportunity for ALL people (American born or immigrant alike) to better their lives, [and] to fulfill the ‘American Dream’…show America you care about her by caring about those folks who live and work in your own communities. We need to have Unity in our communities if we want to get America back.”
